When will my shipment arrive?
The shipments for all four selections (wine, beer, tea, & coffee) are shipped out on the 1st of every month.

What are the accepted methods of payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks, however, this method delays processing because it takes 10 business days for the funds to clear your bank account.

Does the variety of my collection change monthly?
Yes, each month you will receive our featured selection of that particular collection.

What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please notify us within 5 business days and we will gladly replace it or exchange it for another product of equal value.

Are there any memberships fees?
Absolutely not.

Is there a minimum length of time that I am obligated to purchase/receive my collection?
No, it is your choice. You can choose to receive your collection from (1) to (12) months.

If I want to receive a collection for longer than one month can I pay on a monthly basis?
Yes, you can choose the recurring monthly billing option.

Can I send a collection as a gift?
Yes, choose the duration that you would like your gift recipient to receive your selected collection. When prompted for shipping information, just add your recipient's address instead of your own.

Is my personal information secure?
Yes, we use the latest encryption technology to fully protect your privacy. Any information you provide, including your credit card number, name and address will be kept completely confidential.
